Ohio Justice – 3 Years in Prison for Raping a 10 Year Old Girl
No death penalty here. And I guess it’s better than probation. On Monday, Aaron Hymer of Waynesville, Ohio pleaded guilty to raping his daughter’s friend during a sleep-over at his home in March. Hymer’s attorney Marty Hubble said “Aaron has always maintained his innocence, but with the jury system, the possibility was there that he could be in prison for the rest of his life.”
Hymer appeared reluctant when he entered his plea and Judge Robert Peeler appeared reluctant to approve the plea. Peeler said ensuring Hymer won’t have access to the girl for eight years — his prison time and probation together — is some comfort.
The victim’s parents who were in the courtroom during the plea commented, “You never think anything like this can happen to your daughter. I don’t understand and it crushes me, I have to deal with her nightmares, she can’t sleep in her own bed, I just want to know why? Why? Why? It’s sick.”

first of all let me say that you are making statements about a man you do not know and judging him on one article that was written in a local newspaper. maybe you should get your facts straight before you make such a horribly wrong and uninformed opinion of someone or a situation. this man is innocent of the crime he was accused and was forced to plea NO CONTEST to. he did not plea guilty!! number one thing you are wrong about. number 2 there were several people in the home the night she alleged this occurred therefore witnesses stating it is not true. number 3 she has since then admitted that when she told her boyfriend the story they were in a bathroom with the door closed giving another little boy a bath and she then said to her boyfriend. ha ha april fool’s! there are several more things i can state that you people are not correctly informed about but guess what, I love this man and i was there the entire time with our children and can assure that this did not happen!!! We live in a small, conservative county that always wants to believe a child and he had to make a choice to either go to trial and if the jury believed her over him and all of us that he could never see his children again or plea NO CONTEST and spend 3 yrs in prison, register as a sex offender for the rest of his life every 90 days and be able to see his kids after that 3 years. He chose his children and gave up the rest of his life!!! I used to work with the Juvenile Court in this county and it is one of the most conservative and political counties in Ohio. If you don’t look or act a certain way then you are obviously a criminal. Now next time ya want to judge someone maybe you should have at least a few of the facts. You had none!!!!

another piece of information some of you might like to know is that this girl was taken away from her parents and lives with her aunt and uncle because her parents are alcoholics and pot smokers and pill poppers. she can’t sleep in her own bed because she doesn’t live in the same home as them. they were told by hymer and his girlfriend to take her to the hospital to get checked out. they did not go the night they were told because they had all been drinking. lol people really need to have all the facts before they judge people!!

once again like others you made an opinion based on false information! i didn’t touch his myspace page!!!! you are proving yourself to be an idiot by making judgements without getting your facts straight. just because a guy has pictures of women does not mean he would harm a child!!! There are several guys who have pictures and friends that are very similar to those on his page and they too are not guilty of molesting a child! I may not like those girls on his page but that does not in any way shape or form make someone guilty of rape. get your head out of your butt and jump into reality!

Tried to log in to this site but the page wouldn’t let me. I will say this: I know all parties in this matter very well, and ironically enough Aaron Hymer is the ONLY one of them who DOESN’T deserve to be sitting in prison! The parents of the “victim” (LMAO) are criminals, dope fiends, thieves, abusive and negligent parents to ALL their children. The Lebanon Police earned their paychecks every week just from trips to the Bowlin household. Aaron had dumped the little girl’s aunt and kicked her out of a home they shared due to her drug use. She then moved in with the Bowlin family. This is where the trouble began brewing. And yes, they ARE that petty and SICK as to do something this serious for revenge. It’s how they live. The other issue is Melissa Cupp (aka Melissa Titus) herself, Hymer’s present girlfriend. This woman has spent her life doing illegal, underhanded things to other INNOCENT people, simply because she didn’t like them or because she was unable to use them. She has filed false police reports against people, called police NUMEROUS times and made false reports simply to have others harassed by police (to the point where one officer stated if it didn’t stop he was going to throw HER in jail!), she has even paid teenagers in her neighborhood to call police so that she could then say, “I swear to GOD I didn’t call them!” All this from a woman who was FIRED from her job as a Juvenile Court probation officer for Warren County for what I’ll just call extremely inappropriate conduct with a male probationer. She moved in with Hymer while pregnant with a child whose father could have been one of SIX men. Aaron supposedly adopted this child during the course of his trial. But this woman sat in judgment of everyone around her and thought nothing of lying in her attempts-sometimes successful-to have others incarcerated. What has now happened in her life is KARMA, pure and simple. Unfortunately, Aaron’s two children are the ones who are REALLY paying the price, and Aaron himself. The woman is a liar. SHE is the one who should be sitting in prison for child molestation. Don’t believe me? Research why she was fired. Aaron Hymer is the type of man who would kill someone for harming a child in a way that he’s been accused of. I stake my own life on this. I have to believe the truth will come out. I don’t really care about all the ignorant people on here who will leave comments about Aaron being guilty and what not. Those of us who know the truth could care less about the speculations of idiots. It’s just how the world is. I just ask everyone to pray for Aaron. He is innocent.

Incidentally if anyone cares to know I have done some research of my own and found that the fella on Melissa Cupp’s top friends, Joe Cupp, is ALSO a convicted sex offender who has been to prison TWICE for crimes against underage girls! What are these people all about? Thought they weren’t allowed to have myspace profiles if they were convicted sex offenders! Maybe that’s why she cancelled Hymer’s page. Before myspace could do it. Sick. And according to her myspace she has two young daughters. hope somebody’s watching over them.

Under the case assigned to Judge Robert Peeler, you will see that this man plead GUILTY to 3 counts of rape.
No, he didn’t plead “No Contest” like his girlfriend or whoever she is says he did. In fact, do some checking and you will discover that you CANNOT plead No Contest to a FELONY charge! Only to misdemeanors. This chick needs to realize her sad little attempts at lies are only serving to make Hymer look more guilty. Although I’m pretty sure ADMITTING YOU DID IT is clear enough.

Did you not read the article? Getting a jury to believe a man over a child is almost impossible, guilty or not. Until you are in the position that he was, you should really keep your stupid opinions to yourself. He was backed into a corner and chose not to risk life in prison.

So, any child can accuse an adult of such a thing and off he goes to prison for the rest of his life,, with no evidence against him? I’d go to trial and make the state PROVE my guilt. Doctor’s reports, questioning my accusers, bringing out all the supposed discrepancies in this case. Even if I were convicted I’d still have several issues to appeal on; Hymer gave up any chance he would have at an appeal by pleading guilty. And now he’s going to be a known, registered sex offender for life. Good luck with having a life like that.

Myspace has compared the friends on his list now to the ones from the previous page he put up (they had to pull that one down too), and they have investigated the comments left on his page in relation to family members and the information they have on him on file. They’re not stupid about this kind of thing. The guy isn’t going to have access to any more kids via myspace for his sick thrills. I don’t know why you are so determined to lie and try to help him keep his myspace, unless you’re getting some of his action on the side too? Is that it? Why else would you defend a 2x sex offender?

All those who know me and what I have been thru in the last 4 years know whom this anonymous person is therefore you are not anonymous! You who is a convicted felon and on the run from butler county and warren county both while living in columbus have no right to talk ill of anyone. You are just pissed because aaron and i turned you and your daughter in for some of the things you did to me and my family. You must be proud she is becoming a thief just like you. My daughter is 27 years old and deeply involved in church, and whatever this other nonsense is you’re trying to refer to as if you know something or someone is obviously more of your delusions. I worked closely enough with you and your office to know EXACTLY what happened and why you left your position with Warren County. And as you also know I lived close enough to you and knew enough of your poor neighbors to know exactly the type of “neighbor” you were and the things you put everyone through. You thought you would pull your tricks on my wife but she had seen through you long before I had as I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt even when they don’t deserve it. Just an FYI about myspace. They do not cross check and all that crap that was said before. You have to provide the proof to them directly. YOU have to provide them with a link to a government sex offender registry Web site on which the user is listed and then they will remove them. I’ve done it, so I know.

I know that Aaron is innocent, I know that the accusations about me are false as well since it is my life and I also know that my brother has no criminal record. I am now taking my soon to be mother in law and sister in laws advice and will not return to this site due to idiotic people not knowing any facts and attempting to slander people’s names.
